What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories. A restocking fee may apply to products that have been opened or used.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
All Honeycomb Aeronautical hardware includes a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Which flight simulation software do you support?
Our hardware is designed to work seamlessly with Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane 11/12, and Prepar3D. Custom drivers are available on our downloads page for advanced configuration.
Do you offer international shipping and cover customs fees?
