At Honeycomb Aeronautical, we stand by the quality of our flight simulation hardware and offer a 30-day return window for all products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online support portal and enter your order number and email address to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Hardware

  Carefully place your flight controls or accessories back into their original retail box, ensuring all cables, clamps, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
